How to get logs or game saves?

For SteamVR

Both logs and saves can be found in the same location. Log file name is output_log.txt, saves are located in the SceneSaves folder. There are 2 ways to get these files:

1.Entering the following in explorer window:
%appdata%\..\LocalLow\Frozen District\HouseFlipper VR

 

 

2.Finding it manually:

C://Users/[USER NAME]/AppData/Frozen District/HouseFlipper VR

 

For Oculus Quest

Connect the device to PC via USB, open “This PC” and open “Quest” (sometimes the name is “Standalone HMD“).

 

You need to find folder, which contains save data.

Everything related to House Flipper VR can be found in the folder “com.oculus.HouseFlipperVR”.

Files that we need are located in “files“ folder.

You need to send us 2 files (“gameSettings”, “playerProfile”) and 1 folder (“SceneSaves”)
Keep it mind that in order to send the folder through our ticket system, you will need to zip it!
