Game is not launching

 

1. Please check your machine specification

You can check minimum and recommended requirements on the Steam page of our game, here is the quote:

We are doing best to make game work on requirements lower than minimal, but if you have for example 32bit processor, there is nothing we can do with it.

One of the fastest way to check if game should work on your machine is by using this website. We can strongly recommend it, as it detects hardware and checks if it is compatible with game in an easy and accurate way.

If you think that reason is your machine specification, you can get the refund. Otherwise, please contact us, details below.

2. Please whitelist game in your antivirus software

In some cases antivirus software can force game to launch in the sandbox mode. We are doing our best to make game work smoothly there, but we have not tested each anti virus program on the market. Disabling antivirus and checking if it works then can help.

3. Please send us your machine specification and logs

 

We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the game. We would like to help you. To do so, we need some info about your system and logs from your game. Below is short tutorial how to collect these data.

 

1. Machine specification

To get system information you can check by entering Steam and in the left up corner you have tab "Help" in which you need to choose "System information, as on gif below:

2. Game logs and scene saves (output_log.txt and SceneSaves folder):

There are 2 ways to get the files:

  • Entering the following in explorer window:
    %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Frozen District\HouseFlipper VR

 

  • Finding it manually:

C://Users/[USER NAME]/AppData/Frozen District/HouseFlipper VR
