How to send us your game folder

We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues within the game. We would love to help you! To do so, we need some information about your system and the folder where all the House Flipper files are stored.
Specifically, in order to submit a valid support ticket, you have to send us:
1. Your system information
2. A compressed “House Flipper Game” folder
3. A brief description of your issue (attaching screenshots of the issue will speed up the process)

Down below there is a short tutorial on how to collect the needed data.

 

Windows

 

System information

To check your system information you should enter Steam and in the upper left corner, find a tab called "Help" in which you need to choose "System information”, as shown on the following gif:

 

 

 

 



Game folder location

In order to find the location of the folder you’re looking for, just paste the path shown below into the location bar, as shown on the screenshot:

Compress & send us your “House Flipper Game” folder.

In order to email us your game folder, you might have to compress it first.
To do that, just right click on the folder, click on “Send to” and choose “Compressed (zipped) folder”:

When the process is complete, you should see another folder with “.zip” extension next to your original “House Flipper Game” folder.

 

 

 

Now, after you gathered all of the needed data, send it to support@frozendistrict.com.
If the compressed “House Flipper Game” folder is still too big to attach it to your email, try using a cloud-based online platform for transferring files, like https://wetransfer.com.

Remember, in order to submit a valid support ticket, you have to send us:
