We are sorry to hear that you have issue're experiencing issues with the game. We would like to help you. To do so, we need some info about your system and logs from your game. Below is short tutorial how to collect these data.

To get system information you can check by entering Steam and in the left up corner you have tab "Help" in which you need to choose "System information, as on gif below:

2. Game logs

Windows

To get your the log file on windows, open explorer window and click on "show hidden elements" checkbox.
Image RemovedThen click C:\Users, pick your username folder, then choose AppData\LocalLow\Empyrean\House Flipper Game. You will find Windows open the File Explorer and paste the file path into the location bar. Confirm it using the enter button.

You will find the output_log.txt file there.

macOS

To get your the log file on Mac OS , open finder, go to your home folder with a nifty shortcut of Command + Shift  + H

If you don't see here a Library folder, press Command + J and enable  Show Library Folder

Now navigate to Library/Logs/Unity

And here's the file we're looking for:

If you can't find Unity folder, try running following command in the Terminal:  Blok Koduopen ~/Library/Logs/Unity/

open Finder and from "Go" menu select "Go to Folder".
